Exchanges, not returns
Every garment is cut after you order it, so there is no stock to return it to. We do make size exchanges simple.
What we accept
- Size exchanges requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Faulty or incorrectly shipped items — always, at our cost.
What we can't accept
- Returns for refund on correctly made, correctly shipped items.
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged garments.
- Final-sale and custom team orders.
How to start an exchange
Email support@virtuousathletix.com with your order number, the item, and the size you need. We reply with a prepaid label within one business day. Once the original arrives, your replacement enters production immediately.
Costs
First size exchange per order is free within the US. Subsequent exchanges are charged at the current shipping rate. International exchange shipping is paid by the customer.
Avoiding the round trip
The size guide lists garment measurements for every cut we make. If you're between sizes, message us before ordering and we'll tell you exactly what to pick.
