By placing an order you agree to the terms below. Last updated 2026.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when production begins. Because items are made to order, orders can only be cancelled or amended within 12 hours of purchase.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel and refund the order in full.
Made-to-order and exchanges
We do not offer returns for refund on correctly produced items. Size exchanges are available within 14 days per the exchange policy. Measurements are published in the size guide and it is the customer's responsibility to check them before ordering.
Product variation
Small differences in colour, garment measurement (±0.5 in) and print placement are inherent to cut-and-sew production and are not defects.
Intellectual property
All brand marks, imagery, and site content belong to Virtuous Athletix Apparel and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
