Shipping
Made to order adds a few days up front. Here's exactly what to expect.
Production time
Every order is cut and sewn after purchase. Production takes 3-5 business days before your parcel is handed to the carrier. Larger or custom orders may take longer; we'll email you if so.
Delivery windows
- US Standard: 3-6 business days after dispatch.
- US Expedited: 1-2 business days after dispatch.
- Canada: 6-12 business days after dispatch.
- International: 10-21 business days after dispatch.
Rates
Live rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. US standard shipping is free on orders over $150.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it.
Duties and taxes
International orders may incur import duties and taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility.
Wrong or damaged deliveries
If a parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll remake and reship at our cost. See the exchange policy for size swaps.
