Measure at your natural waist — the narrowest point above the navel. - Hip
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat, feet together. - Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam straight down the inside of the leg.
Between sizes?
Take the larger size; the drawcord waist takes up the slack.
